Beijing University of Chemical Technology and Dynaflow will continue to work together to explore new paths for deep integration of production, education, and research, contributing to the cultivation of more high-quality innovative talents and helping the chemical industry achieve high-quality development.

On April 15, 2025, Ms. Zhang Rui and Ms. Liu Fuge, deputy secretaries-general of the Beijing University of Chemical Technology Alumni Association, led 26 undergraduate and graduate students to visit an alumni company—Beijing Dynaflow Lab Solution Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dynaflow)—for an exchange activity themed "AI + Lights-out Laboratories." Dynaflow Chairman Chi Haipeng and Vice President Dong Yuchong warmly received the teachers and students from Beijing University of Chemical Technology. This activity aimed to strengthen interaction between universities and enterprises, deepen university-enterprise cooperation, and promote integrated development of production, education, and research.
Visiting the Lights-out Laboratory and Experiencing the Charm of Cutting-Edge Technology

At the beginning of the activity, the teachers and students from Beijing University of Chemical Technology visited Dynaflow's "AI + Lights-out Laboratories." The laboratory, through the combination of AI systems and intelligent robotic arms, achieved fully automated control of sample preparation, performance testing, and data acquisition. Chairman Chi Haipeng introduced that the "lights-out laboratory" can process approximately 2,000 samples and complete approximately 10,000 experiments daily, reducing laboratory personnel by 83%, significantly improving experimental efficiency and safety.
Embracing the AI Era and Expanding Career Paths

In the exchange session, Chairman Chi Haipeng, combining his entrepreneurial experience, analyzed the current integration trend of AI technology and the traditional chemical industry in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. He encouraged alumni to make full use of their professional knowledge, actively explore the application scenarios of AI technology, and find suitable career paths in the future AI field. Chi Haipeng emphasized that AI technology is reshaping the landscape of multiple industries, and students should embrace this trend early to enhance their competitiveness.
Integration of Production, Education, and Research: Building a Future Together

Ms. Zhang Rui, deputy secretary-general of the Beijing University of Chemical Technology Alumni Association, said that this visit to Dynaflow not only provided students with an opportunity to understand the latest industry trends but also built a new bridge for university-enterprise cooperation. Through the exchange, students gained a deeper understanding of their future career development and also felt the support and expectations of alumni companies for the university's talent cultivation.
Finally, Chairman Chi Haipeng stated that Dynaflow will continue to strengthen cooperation with its alma mater, promoting the transformation of more scientific research achievements into actual productivity and contributing to the innovative development of the chemical industry. In the future, Beijing University of Chemical Technology and Dynaflow will continue to work together to explore new paths for deep integration of production, education, and research, contributing to the cultivation of more high-quality innovative talents and helping the chemical industry achieve high-quality development.
