This event aims to build a training system of "100 people per season" and "three platforms and five steps", and construct a support matrix of "growth mentors + service managers". Each session will bring together 100 enterprise managers to comprehensively cultivate "future entrepreneurs" with cutting-edge insight, policy grasp, resource integration, and a sense of social responsibility, promoting the integrated development of innovation chains, industrial chains, and supply chains, and jointly igniting a strong engine for high-quality development in Fengtai.

As a growth mentor, Mr. Chi Haipeng, along with other industry leaders, will provide comprehensive learning guidance and project consultations to the training camp students. The training camp adopts a "private customization" model, grouping students according to the growth stage and industrial chain position of their enterprises. Each group is equipped with a growth mentor and a service manager to ensure accurate and efficient service. At the launch ceremony, Wang Shaofeng, Secretary of the Fengtai District Committee, and Hu Yixiong, Party Secretary and Director of the Beijing Overseas Scholars Center, jointly presented appointment letters to five growth mentors, including Chi Haipeng, while leaders from the Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Zhongguancun Management Committee awarded badges to ten service managers. This mechanism reflects Fengtai District's service philosophy of "precise drip irrigation", as Guan Chao, chairman of Beijing Guo Weixingtong Technology Co., Ltd., said: "Fengtai's training camp is not about 'extensive irrigation', but effectively injecting industry leaders and government resources to help enterprises develop better."
