In recent years, in order to accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading, break through "bottleneck" areas, and promote high-quality development, China has increased its support for technological innovation. As the cradle of new technologies and products, laboratories have always been at the forefront of technological applications, constantly absorbing various innovative technologies. Driven by the new economic pattern and technological wave, the laboratory industry is undergoing a profound industrial revolution. Among them, the "dark laboratory" is an outstanding representative of this transformation. It is a laboratory automation system that integrates a digital management platform, robots and intelligent hardware, automatic control equipment, and experimental instruments, combined with AI technology. Dynaflow has been deeply cultivating the full life-cycle "dark laboratory" solution, improving the research and development efficiency and safety of laboratories, promoting scientific research innovation, and providing strong support for the development of new productive forces.

With the continuous optimization of laboratory construction policies and the continuous deepening of technological innovation, the demand for high-end laboratories is showing a rapid growth trend in various industries, bringing broad development space for the laboratory industry. However, the unique professionalism, complexity, and high requirements for high-quality services of high-end laboratories have also posed unprecedented challenges to property management services. Against this background, Dynaflow and Jones Lang LaSalle will rely on their respective professional advantages, join forces, and jointly explore new frontiers in the field of high-end laboratories, and work together to create a new chapter in industry development.

According to the agreement, both parties will cooperate in multiple areas based on their respective resources and advantages. In the field of laboratories, Jones Lang LaSalle will provide Dynaflow with full-life-cycle operation and maintenance management solutions and property management services, promoting the development of laboratory management towards standardization, intelligence, and safety and stability; in terms of market expansion, both parties will jointly develop potential customers, support each other's market promotion activities, and enhance brand influence; in addition, both parties will also establish a talent exchange and training mechanism, regularly hold technical exchanges and training activities, improve employees' professional skills, and strengthen team collaboration.

Strong alliance, building a new blueprint for development

Dynaflow Chairman and President Chi Haipeng said: "Jones Lang LaSalle has profound professional capabilities and a forward-looking global vision in the field of property management, and will surely provide us with valuable support. Through strategic cooperation with Jones Lang LaSalle, Dynaflow will improve the service quality for scientific research users, accelerate the industrial layout and implementation of the 'dark laboratory', and further enhance Dynaflow's advantages in the scientific research service field!"
