Dynaflow showcases intelligent laboratory equipment at the 2025 Zhongguancun Forum

The 2025 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Meeting was grandly held at the Zhongguancun International Innovation Center in Beijing from March 27 to 31, themed "New Productivity and Global Scientific and Technological Cooperation." It brought together top scientists, entrepreneurs, and innovative achievements from over 100 countries and regions worldwide, featuring 128 events covering cutting-edge fields such as AI large models, quantum technology, biomedicine, and humanoid robots. Dynaflow, a pioneer brand in laboratory automation, showcased its darkroom laboratory fully automated solution at the Zhongguancun National Demonstration Zone for Independent Innovation Exhibition Center.

1. Dynaflow Darkroom Laboratory Showcase
The darkroom laboratory consists of 16 workstations, processing 1608 samples and conducting 8040 experiments daily. A comprehensive scheduling system developed using AI technology automatically determines the testing progress of each workstation and automatically allocates samples.
AI technology manages workstations, enabling self-learning and automatic optimization based on high-quality testing data; significantly improving testing efficiency, reducing labor costs, and ensuring employee health.

2. Partial Module Showcase of the Darkroom Laboratory: Precision Liquid Weighing Robot
The precision liquid weighing robot includes a robotic arm, liquid suction device, lid-opening manipulator, precision electronic balance, ultrasonic distance sensor, and other auxiliary components. It is equipped with an industrial computer, servo driver, and small programmable logic controller (PLC) for intelligent control. Dedicated management software is integrated and deployed on both the industrial computer and the user's computer. Users can set the weighing weight and accuracy via the computer, and the robot will automatically complete the weighing task as required.

3. Bio-sample Preprocessing Workstation:
This exhibit uses a modular design to achieve the transportation, distribution, titration, dilution, and pipetting of biological samples such as body fluids. Primarily robot-operated, it combines a sample logistics system with high-precision pipetting and dispensing devices to achieve bio-sample input, analysis, pipetting, system construction, and DNA extraction and amplification. Depending on experimental needs, it can be combined with centrifugation modules, nucleic acid extraction modules, qPCR modules, sealing machines, and film-tearing machines, providing the necessary conditions for preprocessing in genomics experiments and can be further used in proteomics and immunology research.
