Good News | Dynaflow's Dai Suyi Awarded Beijing Municipal 'Labor Model'

On the morning of April 29, 2025, at the 2025 "May Day" press conference held by the Beijing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the results of the selection of Beijing's municipal-level "Labor Models" and "Advanced Workers" were announced. This year, a total of 1252 individuals and 195 model collectives in the city received this honor. These honors are the highest awards given by the municipal Party committee and government to the city's workers, aiming to commend those workers and collectives who have made outstanding contributions in various fields.

In this impressive list of honorees, Dai Suyi, General Manager of the Project Business Department of Beijing Dynaflow Lab Solution Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dynaflow), was awarded the title of Beijing Municipal "Labor Model," bringing precious honor to Dynaflow.

The selection of Beijing's municipal-level Labor Models and Advanced Workers is held every five years. The selection process focuses on selecting knowledgeable, skilled, and innovative workers, focusing on the capital's major strategies, important tasks, and key industries, while adhering to the principle of facing grassroots, frontline, and ordinary workers.

Dai Suyi has long been deeply engaged in the field of laboratory design. With his superb professional skills and innovative spirit, he has played a key role in many national key laboratory projects, contributing his efforts to improving the level of China's scientific research facilities.

He successfully presided over and participated in the design and construction of several national key scientific research laboratories, overcoming the challenges of high-precision instruments' demanding environmental requirements. The modular laboratory design and prefabricated laboratory implementation technology he participated in developing significantly improves the flexibility and sustainability of laboratories, shortens construction cycles, and reduces construction costs.

In addition, Dai Suyi actively participates in the research of AI + darkroom laboratory technology. He is deeply involved in industry standardization, and as a member of the Scientific Research Building Academic Committee of the China Institute of Architects, he has drafted and compiled numerous industry standards and books, actively promoting technological progress and standardization.
