Daina Technology’s “AI + Lights-out Laboratories” helps Africa usher in a new chapter of intelligent food testing.

From December 10 to 14, 2025, Beijing Dyna Experimental Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Dyna Technology”) traveled to Cairo, Egypt, together with the China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries, to attend the 2025 China–Africa Food Industry Innovation Cooperation Forum. As the sole corporate representative in the AI + Lights-out Laboratories sector, the company’s Vice President, Xing Xixue, delivered a keynote speech, systematically presenting innovative solutions leveraging China’s AI + Lights-out Laboratories technology in the field of food quality and safety, which drew significant attention from government, industry, academia, and research institutions in both China and Egypt. The Egyptian Central Plant Quarantine Authority explicitly stated its hope that Dyna Technology would introduce this technology to Egypt, thereby helping to advance the AI-driven enhancement of food safety testing capabilities across Africa.

AI + Lights-out Laboratories:

Redefining the Efficiency and Standards of Food Testing In his speech titled “Empowering a New Era of Quality, Safety, and Testing Efficiency in the China–Africa Food Industry,” Xing Xixue systematically outlined the technological core and application value of AI + Lights-out Laboratories. He pointed out that current food testing in China and Africa faces three major pain points: lengthy testing cycles, high reliance on manual labor, and severe data silos. Daina Technology’s AI + Lights-out Laboratories has achieved revolutionary breakthroughs, boosting testing efficiency by 5 to 8 times, reducing human intervention by 90%, and enabling end-to-end data traceability.

During the subsequent field visit, the DynaTech team paid a special visit to the laboratory of Egypt’s Central Plant Quarantine Authority and demonstrated a simulated operation of the AI + Lights-out Laboratories on site. The head of the Central Plant Quarantine Administration of Egypt’s Ministry of Agriculture expressed keen interest in the system’s rapid screening capabilities for key indicators such as pesticide residues and microbial contamination, and repeatedly inquired about plans for localizing and adapting the technology.
